What is Pilates Yoga

The world is evolving is a fast rate and there is competition in every field of life. Physical fitness is the key to surviving in this world and it is also the key to living a healthy and happy life. People have adapted yoga, Pilates and other such forms of exercises in their daily routine to improve their physical fitness. Pilates, yoga and other such exercises are also considered as a form of relaxation for the mind as well as the body. Yoga, Pilates is practiced in thousands of structures everyday. In both Pilates and yoga the mind is used to control the muscle movement and the movements and postures act as body and mind cleansers.

In Pilates and yoga the body weight is balanced on the power of the muscles. Breathing exercises are also collaborated with Pilates, yoga to make the process meditative. The collaboration of the breathing exercises is believed to improve the circulation of blood in the body. The movement of the body is continuous in both yoga and Pilates as this helps built strength and stamina. These exercises strengthen the muscles of the body and improve the breathing system along with other postures of the body. Both the methods have been observed for years and their advantages are numerous and proven. Correct alignment of the body is crucial in both yoga and Pilates and only the right movements help in the muscle strengthening process. The popularity of both processes is almost the same since they are almost the same in nature.
