Yoga Schools

The trend of yoga was originated from India and it is considered as an exercise for the cleansing of the body and the mind. Yoga is a transformation and meditation process. Yoga is basically the term that is used to represent the six traditional philosophical schools.

The yoga school has a nature similar to that of the Samkhya schools which is another school of classical Indian philosophy. In the Indian culture a yoga school helps the students to achieve Moksha which is considered to be freedom from the worldly worries and the circle of life and death. The same concept is followed nowadays.   A yoga school is a school of classical Indian philosophy where the students learn different moves and techniques of yoga.  A yoga school offers different types of yoga courses. A yoga school introduces postures and positions that are heart opening and their focus is mainly on the universal principles of alignment. A yoga school is a place where one can come to get relief from their mental stress and tensions. For some yoga schools, yoga is also considered as a form of worship, off course this is not believed by everyone in the modern world. According to these yoga schools the purpose of yoga is to cherish and take pleasure from the relationship with the lord Vishnu. Apart from the traditional beliefs, in the modern world yoga is considered only as a form of relaxation. The tradition of yoga is very common in the modern world and it is a part of the daily routine of all societies including the elites.
